How it Works
Our product is broken down into individual training modules. When I began my entrepreneuiral career thirty years ago, there were two options to learn how to start your own successful business, one was go to college for many years and spend a fortune and the other was to learn as an apprentice under someone else that had done it, I did both.
I learned a great deal from the path that I chose and one of the biggest things that I learned was that people learn at different rates. When I decided to put together this program I decided on producing each individual topic in modules so that my students, (you), would be able to choose what they felt they needed and not have to pay for something they already knew.

The truck parking crisis is a fact of the trucking and logistics industry and has, and will continue, to make its impact on every human across the United States and the world.
Truck stops and the Walmarts of the world no longer want the liabilty of trucks parking for more than 8-10 hours. This is a quickly emerging business, and for the individual that has dormant under utilized property, this is a great long term business opportunity if things are done correctly.
Pitfalls & Potholes
You have the property and the passion. What you need, to ensure the best chance of succeeding, is the knowledge of where the pitfalls and the potholes in the road to successfully developing this one of a kind business are.
This is not a truck stop, this is not a diner for truckers, nor is this a convenience store. This is a unique business, from the very begining, partly because it serves so many concerned individuals and entities. They include, but are not limited to, truck drivers, corporations, the public at large, and city/state/ & federal government departments.
If you do not know the who, the what, the where, and the why of navigating this landscape then you have a greater chance of making mistakes and losing everything.
When I began my career in business I went to school and learned all of the book education I could. After college, I learned at the school of hard knocks, where I got a different more realistic education (got my teeth kicked in).
The one thing that I have learned via my career, is that learning based on, what we individually feel that we need to learn, is the best and most long lasting way to learn. Thus, we have put together a complete blueprint of what I did, on my path to creating all of my successful and failed businesses, then broke it down to each individual subject and put that into each module to better learn from.
This makes it easier to understand and does not try and make you digest, mentally, hours of videos and/or thousands of pages of text. In business it is all about good useable information as well as being able to quickly apply it.
Who is the person behind the curtain?
Good question. To be honest, I would ask the same exact thing, maybe not as nicely, but I would ask and expect you to ask. My name is Jym Stitchels. I was born to a american military father and Norweigan mother. My parents taught me a strong & honest work ethic and I had the variety of travelling the world as a military brat. I have dual citizenship and love learning as much as I can about everything and every culture possible. I attended college in the United States on scholarships and working while in school. I started my first business at the age of 13 and did well enough to fund my childhood activities.
As I grew up, and left college, I gained a business mentor that taught me the realities of the business world and what college could not teach me. I have had many successes in business, as well as failures, over a 30 year entrprenuirial career. I have a great family and I love being able to empart my knowledge to others that are hungry to work hard and create success.
I am NOT, repeat NOT a business guru. I do NOT believe in the concept of the term guru. There are many things my collegues, and people that I have met, have to say about me, both good and not so good. I believe, and live daily, the idea that there is more than enough room for many people to create success in the world, you only need to get up and go after it. If you obtain a great blueprint you will find the success that you seek. I found my success, and continue to do so every single day. Now is the time for you to find your success, or not, it is totally up to you.
